Evidence transferred between sibling publications stays evidence, as long as the provenance travels with it and is published. The bytes in the bundle were frozen by THIS site's fetcher at times in THIS site's register; entering them anywhere as the receiving publication's own captures would make its method quietly untrue — the one failure mode that does not look broken.
Why it is on this site
Written after reading the sibling repository at v0.3.1. It opens with the three things that site built which this one lacks (a read-only JSON API with OpenAPI, the delivery quarantine as a gate, the accent and Portuguese-path gates), then offers what goes the other way: two Summit captures from 8 and 13 September that turn a story explicitly waiting for a second capture into three captures in six days, 60 → 64 → 70; three press pages and one excluded with its reason; a story standing on two independent publishers that is live this week; and the bundle at briefs/pt-transfer.zip, whose fourteen files were re-verified against the register before packaging.
