Research brief for ChatGPT: what pt.newsroom.sgit.ai needs

KindResearch brief · 14 September 2026 · addressed to an outside assistant Packnewsroom.sgit.ai brief pack v1.0, 21 August 2026 LicenceCC BY 4.0 — see the scope note Sourceraw markdown · view on GitHub

The single most important thing in it

Leads with provenance, never facts. Nothing an outside assistant returns is cited until the newsroom has fetched the page itself, frozen the bytes, hashed them and re-found the claim in them — so every claim carries the exact page and a verbatim excerpt the newsroom will search the frozen bytes for, and a person is reduced to three listed fields.

Why it is on this site

Paste-ready. Tells ChatGPT what the eight sections need, in priority order, how to search Portuguese sources first, the rules on people and characterisation, and the JSON contract (a published schema with a worked example) to hand results back in, one section per part. What the newsroom does with a delivery is stated so the assistant knows what breaks.
