In who maintains the PHP you run?, the paragraph after RiskMandate's options quoted three lines from the proposal that did not make sense to a reader without it. It now says what they mean: nobody pays for access to the code, which is open; the customer pays for the work of understanding, changing and maintaining what they run; the price follows what is at stake; and improvements made for one customer can go back into the code everyone uses.
