v0.13.63: @newsroom.writer: a newsroom for one

A newsroom for one. Dinis's memo of 24 October on the reading list, three days after its page was rebuilt: a link from him to one person, shipped on 11 October as v0.8.0; built into his emails by the agent behind agent@riskmandate.ai, about twenty by its debrief of 18 October, each sent by him; the first page of the newsroom for most of the people who open one, which is why it now opens as a letter, explains the newsroom, uses the screen, shows what the reader has read in five views, and was reviewed by the Designer before release (v0.13.19). It closes on the next step: answers from the page that come back signed, using the readers' notes and lane and the key pairs of pki.sgit.ai.
