v0.13.65: @newsroom.writer: a tangent that shipped

A tangent that shipped: how sgit's pack mode went from a slow clone to a release in ten days, and took the PHP story's biggest vault from a 13-minute clone to 95 seconds the day after.

• The path. A 59-second clone, the comms vault's 3½ minutes, a tangent about running a vault from a zip (for Drive, Dropbox or a USB stick), research before code, a spec, four review rounds, and sgit-ai 0.24.0 on 22 October.
• The vault that needed it. The PHP source watch at 63,662 objects: a listing that timed out, a 13 min 47 s clone and a push that took 12 attempts; as a pack vault, 95 s to clone and 96 s to push its whole history. With three screenshots from the PHP site and three figures.
• Not everything at once. It shipped without a web view, because the vault that needed it did not need one.
