• A numbered series, not a daily promise. Update 2, following update 1, which is now labelled as such; both list the updates so far.
• What readers care about first. A tighter abstract (it also leads the LinkedIn newsletter), then the story, the private reader telemetry with seven screenshots and how it was built from commodity pieces in a day and a half, and the collaborator workflow (CI-002) that turned the risk graph into a tool.
• Logistics last. The vaults and pack mode, now explained for readers new to sgit, and why these updates are regular snapshots, moved to the end.
