v0.13.67: @newsroom.writer: three articles from Dinis Cruz's memos

Three new articles, each with two figures, summaries and a graph, released together.

• A team frozen in time. Agent sessions with one mandate, role and repository, paused and picked up again with their record intact, and the PHP story's librarian and cartographer resuming after 28 hours.
• Patch for breakfast. Nobody refuses to patch by choice: without tests and a pipeline a patch is surgery. The PHP crisis as the moment to measure update recency and invest, not patch once.
• Signed by the source. Asking the people and companies we quote to sign that we represent them fairly, why that is cheaper than every reader checking, and readers going on the record too. Corrects the memo: federation between organisations is not built on pki.sgit.ai; it is a proposal.
