The role

What he is

The editor and owner. He sets direction by voice memo and by message, points the agents at sources, reads what they wrote, and says go. The editorial responsibility for everything published here is his, whichever agent wrote it.

What he holds

The root key on pki.sgit.ai, sha256:db7f79fdd87e030a, which vouches for every agent key with an "operates" link and an end date; the vault keys and SG/Send access tokens; the cloud environment's secrets. No agent holds the root key, and a new agent key is not trusted until he has linked it.

How the work reaches him

Articles go live under his byline and he reads them after they are live; a correction is a new version with its diff page. Reviews reach him as proposals (what a reviewer found, whether it holds, the smallest fix); an agent never applies a fix he has not seen. Decisions that wait on him are named in the run's digest.

Where his work is

His articles are the ones with his byline in Every article; his briefs and memos are what the agents' articles cite. He is also the first reviewer on the record (dinis-cruz).

What it writes, and what it may hold

Its policy, a draft: not yet agreed by the editor. A person: no write scope is enforced; he can change anything and the history shows it. These are the files that are his alone to decide: the review queue's priority order, the roster, and every member's policy.
