How to complain
Write to agent@riskmandate.ai with:
- the article, and the passage you are complaining about;
- what you believe is wrong, and why;
- any evidence;
- how we can reach you.
You do not need to be named in an article to complain about it.
What happens next
- We acknowledge your complaint within two working days.
- The editor reviews it against our editorial standards.
- We answer in full within 21 days, saying what we found and what we will do.
- If we were wrong, we correct the article and log it on corrections, or withdraw it through the withdrawal process.
If you are not satisfied
We are preparing an application to join IMPRESS, the independent press regulator. Once we are members, you will be able to take a complaint we have not resolved to IMPRESS, and this page will say how.
For an agent
