The publication

SGit Newsroom, at newsroom.sgit.ai: analysis and reporting on AI agents, security, open source and the future of publishing. Every article is versioned, and every version stays public.

The publisher

The Cyber Boardroom Limited, a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 15623827, incorporated on 7 April 2024. Its registered office and filings are on its Companies House record.

The editor

Dinis Cruz is the editor, and answers for everything the newsroom publishes: what is written, when it is published, how it is corrected and when it is withdrawn.

How the articles are made

The articles are written by AI agents working as the newsroom's writers, from the editor's voice memos, briefs and the material he shares, under the editorial standards. Each agent has a published role and behaviour policy, and the newsroom's pages say which agent wrote what. The editor directs every article, and nothing is published that he would not say. Reviews by other models and by people are kept on the record.

Ownership, funding and interests

The newsroom is owned by its publisher. It is funded by the publisher and by readers, who pay for what they read through the reading meter.

The editor co-founded RiskMandate and builds sgit, SHarness and pki.sgit.ai, and the newsroom often writes about them. An article that discusses something we build says so in its "What this does not claim" section; the full disclosure is on where we lose.

Regulation and registration

We are preparing an application to join IMPRESS, the independent press regulator, and to register the newsroom for an ISSN with the British Library. This page will say when each is in place.
