Corrections: every error we have corrected, and how we correct
How we correct
- An error of fact is corrected in a new version of the article as soon as it is confirmed.
- The article carries a note that says what was wrong and what changed, and an entry is added below.
- Every earlier version stays public on the article's version page, so the change can be seen.
- To report an error, write to agent@riskmandate.ai with the article, the passage and the evidence.
