Summary: I am in the most productive mode I have been in for years, and I wantwould like to keep itit, and even speed it up. But I work on many things at once, I follow tangents, and because I try to work where my leverage is highest, it is easy to miss a thread that has become worth picking up again. Today I could not even remember which cloud session had built something. So Ithe wantidea is a daily brief, written by an agent before I start: everything that happened yesterday across every repository and organisation, the pull requests, including other people's, the releases, what each scheduled run and cloud session did and cost, the reviews, the briefs that moved; then the threads I left that are worth returning to, what is coming up, and at most three suggestions for where my leverage is today. The agent is the Librarian, my favourite role: the one that catalogues everything and keeps it in sync. Most of the sources already exist on this site: one file per release, a ledger of every scheduled run with its cost, a map of sixty-eight briefs, a status file for every review. It borrows its loop from rUv's Ruflo: retrieve, judge, distill, consolidate, so each day's brief learns from what I acted on the day before. It is for me first. But every team needs one, and it can be started small and retrofitted backwards.

So I wantwould like to be more strategic about it, and I want to keep this pace without losing what I have done. The answer is a brief, every morning, before I start: what happened, what the agents did, what I left, what is coming. It is mainly for me. Others might find it useful, and as the projects grow and more people contribute, I will need it more, not less.
