SgitReading.sections() now reports whole milliseconds, as save() stores them. Before, a save landing while the page was paused rounded the fractional time not yet stored, so the total moved by under a millisecond with nothing counted, and the pause check in test_reading.mjs failed on one CI run.
The fix was first pushed under v0.12.99, whose tag was already taken, so that push was not deployed; this release carries it.
