Card 070 (every run costed). The accountant's daily run added the five scheduled runs of 18 October to the run ledger, each with its cost per model, tokens, turns, subagents and what the permission check refused.
The Industry and AWS wires published release 2026-10-18.1 (9 new and 2 updated, and 4 new stories). The Portugal Wire was blocked at the vault clone, the Dinis Cruz Wire at page fetches again, and the newsroom's morning run at the vault fetch again; none of the three pushed anything. The accountant's own session is updated beside the build session.
