v0.12.11: the vault crosses Chrome profiles, and the subscriptions article's tooling

A new article written here, The vault crosses Chrome profiles: the reader's vault carries the newsroom between two Chrome profiles on one computer the way it does between devices, because to the vault a second profile is a second device. How each profile gets in, by where the passkey lives, and why it is memory and state between browser sessions, found by using the newsroom rather than built.
