Hired for the workflow. Why October 2026 is the moment to get into agentic work. The pattern: there was a time when breaking applications, building websites or mobile apps got people hired, and this is that time again. Companies need AI operators, not model builders. The data: Microsoft and LinkedIn's 2024 Work Trend Index, read directly; PwC's 2026 barometer, read from its newswire release; Gartner's 2025 predictions. The edge shows when candidates are equal, and it starts with the application, with Dinis's OWASP interview as the example. Figures prefix hw-.
A directory of people and their keys. The brief for the pki.sgit.ai agent to register people. It covers:
- a passkey that opens a vault, a key pair made in the browser and compatible with
sgit pki, and evidence; - Dinis as the first verifier;
- links that count only when both people confirm, each written in the owner's own record, which answers pki.sgit.ai's open question about third-party attestations and the 2019 flooding attack;
- degrees of separation, and invitations and secrets by QR code.
The memo's "no good place to publish keys" is corrected: there are places, and what is missing is the combination. Build note admin/notes/2026-10-18__a-directory-of-people-and-keys.md. Figures prefix pk-.
The briefs map gains pki-people-directory and now has sixty-nine entries.
