Card 070 (every run costed). The accountant's daily run added the six scheduled runs of 19 October to the run ledger, each with its cost per model, tokens, turns, subagents and what the permission check refused.

The Industry Wire published release 2026-10-19.1 (14 new and 14 updated stories). The AWS Wire and the weekly OWASP Wire found nothing new and published nothing. The Portugal Wire was blocked at the vault clone, the Dinis Cruz Wire at page fetches for the third day, and the newsroom's morning run built a release but could not push it, because the git proxy refused the repository. The accountant's own session is updated beside the build session.
