v0.12.140: @newsroom.writer: agentic finance, without judging the reader

A trusted framework for agentic finance: three lines judged the reader or graded others. "The same answers on anyone who looks at it closely" is now "we are working on the same problem, and it leads to similar answers"; "the question most frameworks miss" is now "one more question"; "the speech is right to put it first" is now "the speech puts it first". The writing rules in the articles README gain one: no judging the reader.
