v0.12.141: @newsroom.writer: the Pellbridge agents, agentic finance at play

The Pellbridge agents, a new vault page: six agents at an invented bank, each with a behaviour policy that fills in the four elements the FCA named for agentic finance, and one day of their work replayed through the gate. The vault (c4cxuu1w) holds the app, the policies, the hash-chained receipts, the decisions, the test pack and each agent's blast radius; its public read key is published on the page. The app animates the gate and the blast radius, in the style of the ruv.sgit.ai studio.

A trusted framework for agentic finance: the worked example now comes from the vault, with screenshots, an animation of the gate, and the day's finding: every near miss and breach came through a gap. The JSON moved to the tour. Two details now match the vault: the standing-order gap is fixed within 14 days, not accepted for 30, and nine of the payments assistant's rows are kept by boundaries.
