v0.12.151: @newsroom.writer: the Pellbridge vault, with and without a policy

The Pellbridge agents vault has three new parts.

• The gate's panel. Pick the policy level being enforced; choose which events to play (routine, denied, caught, near misses, breaches, the outage and the test pack); set two speeds, everything (half speed to five times) and routine events (up to five times faster again); incidents play at half speed by default. A list of moments jumps straight to a breach, a near miss, the outage, the test pack or the end of the day, each with its own address. The end of the day shows the counts and the same day under every level.
• With and without a policy. The same 40 events replayed with no policy (16 breaches), in the prompt (4), in hooks (3), enforced outside the agent (none) and as deployed (3), as a race of five rows; each agent's grant and exposure at every level; and levels/day.json in the vault.
• Write a policy. How an Agent Behaviour Policy works in five steps; each agent's rows with what it may do and what keeps each rule, its day replayed as they change, the policy as JSON, and the lexicon. Everything is under CC BY 4.0.

Inside the Pellbridge agents gains three sections: with and without a policy, writing a policy, and the lexicon. A trusted framework for agentic finance gains one: the same day, with and without a policy.

Animated figures can be paused. A new script, assets/reader/anim.js, puts a pause button on every figure whose image is an animation. Pause freezes the frame showing at that moment, on the web and inside a vault. The choice is kept in the browser for the next animation; with no choice yet, a reader who prefers reduced motion gets the still.
