What pki.sgit.ai has built (a register of people and keys, and an agent workflow with two-way trust that expires), the bootstrap trap, and the two patterns for an agent's first key: its own ephemeral key, confirmed by a person (built), and an identity key issued and held centrally after a second-step approval (proposed).
