A new article written here, from a voice memo: a debrief, a feature brief and a commentary. Sixteen changes held only by an iPhone browser that could not reach the passkeys, most likely an in-app web view, per Apple's documentation; why the vault button's count is a nudge for the right reason; a brief for a send-to-my-vault append lane on every reader vault, offered as a URL, text and a QR code, built on the pattern the meter's reading share already uses; identity as the reason good ideas are not adopted; one-off friction accepted for value, WhatsApp's device linking and Midjourney's Discord bot; agent email through a connector being harder than the Gmail API underneath; and the OWASP and AWS wires as a product line from two config files. Corrections to the memo recorded in the article: the reader has no key pair yet, and small attachments do work through the connector. Three figures.
