v0.12.30: @newsroom.writer: Four frameworks, one agent, reviewed

v0.12.28 and v0.12.29 were built on a session branch by another writer session and are published here as they were, with this review on top. Four frameworks, one agent: the first figure's status badges now match the mapping file, NIST 11 run, 3 designed and 1 argued rather than 10, 4 and 1, and the OECD row shows its argued row; the summary frequency is the measured one from Re-anchoring, eighteen times in a month, rather than every few days; and three phrasings softened, an unsupported "almost everyone does", "written for banks" and two uses of "honest". The writing guide refers to the ladder word without spelling it.
