One new article written here from a voice memo.

From sending a file to sgit tells the eight months from SG/Send's first commit to sgit and the vaults, with every date and quote checked in the public repositories: 4,476 commits on the SG/Send app on 246 of its first 249 days, 1,620 on the sgit command line, 739 release tags, 1,389 brief files and 268 debriefs. It corrects the memo where the record disagrees: the vault and the data room were named in February, before folders, zips and Git; the move to Git's model took about two weeks, not one; and eight months, not nine. It shows the pace, with the command line's two long pauses and its October burst, the agents writing the code while the founder wrote briefs and merged, and the early warning that paying users bought credits and did not come back. Three figures.
