One new article written here from a voice memo.
My memory, checked describes how the articles on this site are now written: the voice memo says things as remembered, and the agent checks every claim against repositories, documentation, the web and the author's own writing before publishing. Its ledger covers the last eight articles: five claims confirmed, five corrected, two not found, and two corrections that went the other way: the author correcting the agent, and a bug in our own session report found by checking. It traces the habit to ChatGPT Deep Research, released in February 2025, whose essay on the O2 Platform eight days later cited three of the author's own pages, two of them 2012 posts, 31 times. Peer review moved from the crowd after publishing to the record before it. Two figures.
