Four new articles written here from a voice memo, one per talk or set of essays about Portugal, as material for a new edition of Hacking Portugal.

A web application security challenge to Portugal goes through the IBWAS keynote in Lisbon, December 2010: five focuses, twelve actions and the Switzerland of hacking, with what came true through EU regulation. Hacking Portugal covers the BSidesLisbon keynote of November 2016 and the book still at 95%: the Hacking Service, OpenSource.pt, the Ministry of Code, and what holds ten years later. GenAI in Portuguese covers the OWASP Global AppSec talk in Lisbon, June 2024, and its demo of The Cyber Boardroom. Portugal and Europe reads the five essays of 2025 again. Each has a collage of twelve slides or a timeline, with today's commentary checked against current sources (the Cyber Resilience Act, the Product Liability Directive, Portugal's NIS2 law, the EU vulnerability database, Amália). The books-from-articles plan now links them.
