Card 070 (every run costed). The accountant's daily run added the five scheduled runs of 17 October to the run ledger, each with its cost per model, tokens, turns, subagents and what the permission check refused.
The Industry, AWS and Portugal wires published release 2026-10-17.1 (4 new and 8 updated, 13 new, and 3 new stories). The Dinis Cruz Wire's first run and the newsroom's morning run were blocked: page fetches, a pipeline copy and the vault fetch were refused, and nothing was pushed. The accountant's own session is recorded beside the build session.
