v0.12.89: @newsroom.writer: SGit × Ruflo, three articles and a walkthrough

Mondweep Chakravorty's video "SGit × Ruflo | Working Proof of Concept", published on YouTube on 17 October 2026 and published here with his agreement, told four ways and joined by a trail, "SGit × Ruflo: one run, four ways in".

What if an agent loses its workspace? walks through the twelve steps: Ruflo stores two facts, an ABP-governed adapter saves its memory as an encrypted SGit checkpoint, the project is deleted, a fresh process restores it with the same fingerprint, Ruflo reads both facts back, and three safeguards hold. When is the vault actually used? reads the run for the vault: written in step 5, read in 8, read and rejected in 11, on one machine, inside the adapter. The policy guards the door; the command line uses the window looks at the path the ABP does not guard, Ruflo's own command line in steps 3, 9 and 10, with five more questions for the author.

A new page, /demos/videos/sgit-ruflo-poc/, lets a reader step through the run: the result board, each step with its frame, command and output, which parts ran, its stage diagram with shown and inferred kept apart, a switch to hide the inferred lines, and links from every step to its moment in the video and to the matching section of each article. Built by admin/build/sgit_ruflo_video.py from admin/content/videos/sgit-ruflo-poc.json, which was taken from the analysis vault's timeline. The stage diagrams were rendered locally from the analysis's Mermaid sources; the page loads no external font, script or image. The frames are the author's.
