v0.12.95: @newsroom.writer: our first PR in Ruflo

A new article, Our first PR in Ruflo: Mondweep Chakravorty's pull request #4239, merged into ruvnet/ruflo by rUv on 17 October, adds docs/integrations/sgit-memory-checkpoints.md, the first commit on Ruflo's main branch to mention SGit or an ABP. The article shows the four pieces with GitHub screenshots (the proof of concept, the pull request, how it was accepted, and where the page lives) and a timeline figure, and notes that the companion pull request on our side, SGit-AI__Website__Ruv #1, is still open. It joins the SGit × Ruflo trail as its fifth card. Images use the new mg- prefix.
