v0.13.0: @newsroom.writer: v0.12 in numbers

The first release of v0.13, and the wrap-up of v0.12.

v0.12 in numbers: 159 versions in eight days and six hours, released 165 times, a release every 31 minutes at the median; 131 new articles, about 292,000 words, 384 figures, 406 images and six new vault pages; a graph for every article, 1,489 nodes and 1,376 edges; the site from 511 pages to 1,245. Who released what, what the articles are about, how they connect, and what the data shows going wrong: two version numbers used twice by agents in parallel, eight corrections, two commits that went out with the leak scan failing, and the scan stopping one release on its own. Seven charts.

v0.12 ran from v0.12.0 (12 October 2026) to v0.12.158 (20 October 2026). v0.13 starts with the first customers, PKI everywhere, and policies and hooks reviewed, audited and signed at the official source.
