v0.13.12: @newsroom.writer: smaller tall diagrams

Two tall diagrams were drawn at the full width of the column, which made them very large on a tablet. Both are now narrow figures, at about 62% of the column, and the lightbox still opens them at full size:

• The four parties in the user keeps the meter.
• The flow in AWS from the vault.
