v0.13.26: @newsroom.writer: the human is the network, and a secret is a QR code

Two articles from one afternoon's experiment, in which two AI sessions passed data through QR codes and screenshots.

The human is the network: the experiment.

• Layer by layer. Text, signed JSON, keys and a certificate, images, then a key exchange and an encrypted message.
• Four codes in one screenshot. The 2,953-byte maximum decoded at about 1.3 pixels a square, byte-identical to the original.
• The failures. No reading by eye, the decoder over resolution, a lost key, and integrity that is not authenticity.

A secret is a QR code and a link to a public key: what it opens.

• The workflow, for people and agents. A key link out, a QR code back, two-way after one exchange.
• Who already does this. Health certificates, key verification, device linking, Threema, passkeys, offline wallets, provisioning, and the quishing warning.
• QRE1 as a shared format. With chunking, forward secrecy and an identity to add.

The checks, measured, corrected: the wording checker, wording.py, is run by the container's leak scan on every commit, not nowhere.
