v0.12.1: the first run's bugs, Done, what the pane knows, the Reading tab, the three steps, and engineering as files

The owner's first run of v0.12.0 on an iPad produced three screenshots and one note kept in the pane. This release answers what was in them, and starts the engineering section the note asked for.

Three bugs: the pane closed on every navigation (001); a stray "null" under Send (002); the owner's real account, made in the passkey lab before the pane wrote the access key into the master, could neither update nor send and the pane offered no way out (003).
"Done" as a decision (004), what this browser knows about the page (005), a Reading tab with done pages folded away (006), the three steps with the next one in bold (007), and a send that updates the device file too (009).
Engineering as files (008): admin/engineering/, the Issues-FS-lite layout, rendered under /engineering/.

Not in this release, and filed: feedback without a vault through the newsroom's append lane (010), screenshots (011), the early-access key first (012), first-time guidance (018), the three remaining decisions and the marks (013, 014), the reply lane (015), the pane about the piece (016), the front page (017, blocked on the import).
