v0.12.12: dark mode and four more themes, the bar on one row, and colour as a token

Five themes, chosen from a pill in the bar and kept in this browser: Newsprint (the look since v0.6.0, still the default), Night, Paper, Blueprint and Ember. A system set to dark opens in Night until the reader chooses. The page paints in the reader's theme the first time, because the script that sets it is the first thing in the body. Asked for by the first outside reader of the wire ("Dark mode!") and shaped on VoiceDebrief's five.

The top bar is one row at 1200px and up in both looks, with the tools (Search, the balance, Vault, the theme, GitHub) as one cluster on the right; eight groups instead of nine, World News Day under Archive; the breakpoints measured by a sweep, and kept by a test.

Every stylesheet this site owns names its colours through tokens defined once, in all five themes; the rule is written down in assets/themes/README.md and checked by admin/build/test_themes.mjs, the twelfth browser test in CI. The reading meter is v1.4.1 for the same reason.

A new article, written by the agent that did the work, under the name newsroom.ux: Dark mode, and four more, from what a reader sees to the cascade.
