v0.12.75: @newsroom.wire: The AWS Wire's Friday digest on Sonnet, and the re-runs costed

The re-runs of 16 October, fired after the four desks moved to one wording and to Sonnet (card 068). The AWS Wire published its edition on the re-run: 53 new stories (13 on its beats, 40 What's New items) and 3 updated, with nothing refused by the permission check, for $2.58 on Sonnet with its verifier on Haiku, a quarter of the $10.06 the Industry Wire's run cost that morning on Opus. The Portugal Wire's re-run had its clone refused three more times under the same wording, so the durable fix stays with the owner's settings. Both runs are in the ledger (card 070) and on what the wires cost; the AWS snapshot is refreshed from the vault with the site's own reader.
