v0.12.88: @newsroom.vault: the vault, opened

Merge devices (077): tick two or more in Across your devices and merge them into one, every record kept, the totals unchanged, the merged ids redirected by activity/aliases.json; the chooser offers the likely device first, names where the browser goes, and Change moves a browser into another device later. The Calls tab (078): every call to the vault server named, and on a press decrypted and named again from what it carried, a commit, a tree, a ref, a file. The vault, opened (079): vault/browse.html shows every vault of the account, its files, any file and its commits; and the newsroom's viewer, published as a vault of its own (lkypj6zq) with a public read key, is linked into each reader vault on the next Update and made its app, the vault-in-vault technique sgit.ai describes, proven in the live SG/App on a demo vault (eagquvh8).
