• The controls fitted to the context. A line in the prompt, a hook, a gateway, or monitoring and a person, depending on what is at stake; the behaviour policy says which.
• More players is good news. Each vendor has gravity around its own tooling; our remit runs across them.
• Who plays open source. The enforcement points often are open, the governance platforms mostly not; we open the policy layer.
• The more mature, the less we are needed? Still a lot of value to add, and a mouldable platform that needs use cases.
